Global Traveler is a private consulting service and is not affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, certified, authorized, or associated with the U.S. Government, CBP (Customs and Border Protection), DHS (Department of Homeland Security), TSA (Transportation Security Administration), or any federal or state agency.

All programs referenced on this Website, including TSA PreCheck® and Global Entry®, are trademarks owned by their respective governmental entities.

Purchasing any private service from Global Traveler does not guarantee eligibility, approval, appointment availability, nor issuance of any governmental travel program.

3. Scope of Service

Global Traveler provides private consulting services, including:

• Guidance, assistance and document organization
  
  
• Support for understanding requirements and application steps
  
  
• Help reviewing and preparing customer information
  
  
• Continuous calendar monitoring for appointment availability
  
  
• Booking of government appointments on behalf of the customer
  
  
• Rescheduling assistance, when:
  
  ▸ customer misses the appointment
  
  ▸ government availability changes
  
  ▸ customer requests a date change
  
  

Monitoring and rescheduling do not guarantee immediate availability, as all appointment slots are subject solely to the systems and discretion of U.S. governmental authorities.

4. Website Use

Accessing the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

The Website is intended for users aged 18+, or minors represented by a legal guardian.

Global Traveler reserves the right to suspend accounts, deny service, or pursue legal measures in cases of fraud, abusive chargeback behavior, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Contracting, Payments, and Billing

Services are hired directly through the Website, via credit-card payment.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges:

• The fee covers private consulting only
  
  
• Governmental fees are included for Global Entry and TSA Renewal. For the first-time TSA application, government fees are separate and not included.
  
  
• Once services begin — no refunds apply, except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy
  
  

Service begins when any of the following occurs:

• first contact is made by Global Traveler
  
  
• data collection begins
  
  
• customer form is received
  
  
• preliminary internal review is performed
  
  
• customer account/profile is opened internally
  
  

6. Customer Obligations

The customer agrees to:

• provide complete and accurate information
  
  
• review all data before submission
  
  
• respond to requests within reasonable time frames
  
  

Global Traveler is not liable for delays, denials, missed interviews, or eligibility rejections caused by incorrect data, lack of response, or customer-related factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

Global Traveler shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, government-related decisions, administrative denials, or impossibility of issuance.

Liability shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the consulting service.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida – USA.

Exclusive jurisdiction shall rest with the Courts of Orange County, Orlando-FL.
