2. PCI-DSS & Data Protection

  • Website does not store credit-card information
  • all transactions processed through PCI-DSS Level-1 certified partners
  • TLS encryption and tokenization used during checkout

3. Fraud-Prevention Controls

✔ IP/geolocation validation

✔ CVV, AVS & 3-D Secure (where available)

✔ automatic blocking of suspicious transactions

✔ identity verification request (ID/address) if required

✔ ability to deny service in case of suspected abuse

4. Dispute & Chargeback Handling

Customers must contact Global Traveler prior to filing a chargeback.

Process:

I) customer sends dispute to immigration@globaltraveler.us.com

II) Initial reply within 1 business day

III) Final resolution within up to 2 business days

IV) If customer files a chargeback without prior contact, Global Traveler may submit logs, IP data, system records, and form evidence to reverse the claim.
