Customers must contact Global Traveler prior to filing a chargeback.
Process:
I) customer sends dispute to immigration@globaltraveler.us.com
II) Initial reply within 1 business day
III) Final resolution within up to 2 business days
IV) If customer files a chargeback without prior contact, Global Traveler may submit logs, IP data, system records, and form evidence to reverse the claim.
